TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

Our studio collaborates with a technical office that offers ancillary assistance to our customers for cadastral practices.

The technical office is competent for the following tasks:

 

- search for building-urban planning and cadastral documentation (surveys, floor plans, map extracts, cadastral income, land and agricultural income, cadastral certificates, calculation of the surface from the plan)

 

- energy certification

 

- technical report of urban planning and cadastral regularity (survey of the actual state of the property, verification of the intended use and compliance with the latest municipal authorization and cadastral report)

 

- document correction (cadastral survey correction, cadastral transfer, updating of cadastral plan)

 

- copies of building files

 

- amnesty practices for building abuses: drafting and preparation of amnesty practices for the purpose of regularizing any building abuse, including project drawings, presentation at municipal offices with calculation of the fine payment
