This allows us to better understand the needs of those who contact us by phone, their expectations, the type of property sought and the deadlines to be respected. At the same time it allows us to be able to carry out a financial pre-qualification to understand, if a mortgage is required, if the customer is eligible to access it.


For our company, the quality of the appointments it's more important than the quantity. For this reason we will show the property only to those who have the requisites to carry out a serious negotiation, avoiding the inconclusive ones.
